The VCU Clark-Hill Institute for Positive Youth Development, led by Albert Farrell, PH.D., includes faculty and staff committed to improving the lives of youth and families through the conduct of research and outreach in the city of Richmond, VA. Faculty have an extensive history of developing interventions to increase the skills and competencies of middle school students in handling conflict and in effectively coping with situations that place them at risk for engaging in or being a victim of aggression.
